Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our K–12 curriculum programs. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of K–12 Catholic school operations and the broader state of Catholic education, combined with a strong background in product management. This role requires a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences that drive engagement and retention, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, content, and technology, to ensure our offerings serve the needs of Catholic educators and students with excellence.

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Define and communicate a clear product roadmap to advance K–12 curriculum vision and organizational goals.
  • Manage day-to-day product operations, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment across teams.
  • Lead market analysis and pilot strategies to shape product direction, pricing, and positioning.
  • Oversee development, testing, and launch of a  content delivery platform for a new high school offering.
  • Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to guide continuous improvement of   curriculum products.
  • Communicate key product updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, content, and technology teams to deliver outstanding user experiences that drive engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives to maximize awareness, adoption, and renewal of   offerings.
  • Plan and execute onsite and regional events to engage current and prospective users of curriculum products.
  • Stay current with trends in product management, educational technology, and Catholic education.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree in business or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar product management role and/or in a Catholic education role.
  • Deep understanding of the Catholic Church with a strong fundamental understanding of faith formation, Catholic education, and K–12 Catholic school operations.
  • Ability to glean, aggregate, and advocate for customers’ needs related to teaching the faith.
  • Experience developing and delivering B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) product solutions (curriculum products strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fiscally responsible manner (curriculum products strongly preferred).
  • Experience teaching in a Catholic school preferred.
