Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Provide information about the facility, upcoming events, and available services
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Set up and maintain gaming stations and equipment, ensuring all hardware and software are in optimal condition
- Conduct routine checks to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Assist customers with technical support and troubleshooting during gaming sessions
- Support the organization and execution of e-sports events, tournaments, and competitions
- Help coordinate event logistics, including registration, equipment setup, and participant management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of all events and activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gaming areas and equipment
- Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
- Organize and tidy up gaming areas
- Promote and sell concession items, snacks, and beverages
- Handle transactions and provide customer service in the concession area
- Assist customers in creating gamer profiles
- Verify residency for discounts and event participation
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in event support or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Passionate about E-sports and knowledgeable about the gaming industry
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic technical knowledge of gaming equipment and software
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
