Part-Time Dental Hygienist

Overview

Pay Rate: up to $55/hr 

Schedule: Tuesdays 7:45am-5pm and Fridays 7:45am-3pm 

Location: Springfield, PA

We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our team. As our dental hygienist, you will have the opportunity to perform advanced cleaning procedures, administer fluoride treatments, take X-rays, and educate patients on oral hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oral exams and assessments of patients' oral health
• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing procedures
• Administer fluoride treatments and take X-rays as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care techniques
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in patient records
• Collaborate with the dentist and other team members to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• State Dental Hygiene Licensure
• Must have completed at least 2 years of post-secondary education from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Demonstrated desire to work in a pediatric setting
