Job Duties:Ā
- Manage a high-volume of incoming calls from customersĀ
- Listen and respond to customersā needs and concerns
- Research answers or solutions as neededĀ
- Navigate through multiple systemsĀ
- Communicate with the customer in a professional mannerĀ
- Collect payment for servicesĀ
- Filing of current and old ordersĀ
- Report any route or work order issues to Dispatch/SupervisorĀ
Ā
Requirements:Ā
- High school diploma or equivalentĀ
- 1 year experience minimum in an office environmentĀ
- Proficient with Computers, Microsoft applications, and phone systemsĀ
- Knowledge of routing and route optimization processesĀ
- Friendly attitude and ālistening earāĀ
- Ability to quickly access information and make decisionsĀ
- Ability to solve problemsĀ
- Excellent written, verbal, and keyboarding skillsĀ
- Proficient with MS Software programs (Outlook, Word)Ā
- Accounting experience is preferred
- Order Entry experience is preferred
