WHO WE ARE
Cold Factor Heating & Air is a 15 year old family-owned and operated HVAC company built on a simple idea: service and expertise that stand head and shoulders above the competition. We're not a big box shop — we're a team that knows each other, backs each other up, and takes pride in the name on the truck.
OUR AREA OF EXPERTISE
We are HVAC experts who use the latest technology to deliver cutting-edge diagnostics, repair, and installation. From chillers and heat pumps to air handlers and geothermal systems, our techs are equipped to handle it all — and to do it right.
HOW WE INVEST IN YOU
Every technician gets hands-on training directly from our founder, who brings over 27 years of technical knowledge to the team. Beyond day-one training, we offer ongoing education and a management training program that gives our techs a real path to upward mobility — this isn't just a job, it's a career.
OUR STANDARDS
Everything we do is built on:
- Integrity — honesty and transparency in every interaction
- Quality Craftsmanship — excellence in HVAC workmanship, without compromise
- Commit to Complete — if a task has begun, we never leave till it's done, big or small
- Accountability & Reliability — the highest standards, delivered consistently
- Continuous Education — always learning, always improving
- Customer Centric — our customers are at the heart of everything we do
- Safety First — for our employees, our customers, and our communities
- Teamwork — a collaborative environment where our team thrives together
