Job DetailsJob Location: TeamOps - Foxborough, MA 02035Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Not SpecifiedSalary Range: $17.15 - $20.75 HourlyJob Category: Security SUMMARY: This position is responsible for preserving the integrity, safety and security of the campus by patrolling its interior and exterior perimeters.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Patrol interior and exterior perimeters ensuring they are secure. Patrol campus and provide a security presence by engaging tenants and visitors assisting them as needed, responding to calls or incidents and communicating with the supervisor on a timely basis. Complete shift log, vehicle inspection and incident reports as required and submit to supervisor at shift end Ensure all fire lanes are clear and assist emergency apparatus as required. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.   SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities.   SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree, or higher is preferred. Previous experience in Security or a related field preferred Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills Excellent driving record Strong observation skills Concise writing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Punctual and dependable for all scheduled shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.   PHYSICAL DEMANDS The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
