About the Opportunity
We are expanding a growing senior safety business across the Dallas–Fort Worth market and are seeking an experienced Senior Living Business Development Representative with a background in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Senior Living Sales, or Community Relations.
This role is ideal for someone who already understands the senior living industry, knows how to build relationships with community leaders and healthcare professionals, and enjoys developing new business opportunities.
Our solutions are designed to help create safer environments for older adults in senior living communities, healthcare facilities, and residential settings.
You do not need prior flooring, construction, or product sales experience. We will provide full training on our solutions, applications, sales materials, and business development process.

What You Will Do
Your primary responsibility will be to develop relationships and generate qualified business opportunities throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth senior care market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build relationships with Assisted Living and Memory Care communities
- Develop relationships with Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, Administrators, Sales Directors, and other senior living decision-makers
- Introduce senior safety solutions to prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and potential applications for our products and services
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person outreach
- Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations
- Visit senior living communities throughout the DFW area
- Attend senior care networking events, community events, and industry meetings
- Develop referral relationships with Home Health, Hospice, Rehabilitation, Healthcare, and other senior care professionals
- Identify opportunities for product trials and pilot programs
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers
- Maintain accurate sales activity and opportunity information in our CRM
- Coordinate with management on presentations, proposals, trials, and closing opportunities
- Help expand our network and brand presence within the DFW senior living industry

Qualifications
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of sales, community relations, marketing, outreach, admissions, or business development experience
- Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living, Senior Living, or a related senior care industry
- Existing professional relationships within the Dallas–Fort Worth senior care market strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build new relationships and generate business opportunities
- Comfortable making outbound calls and approaching new organizations
- Comfortable visiting senior living communities in person
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Clear, concise, and professional communication
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities
- Comfortable using CRM systems and tracking sales activities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex
