What You Will DoÂ
- Lead the development and execution of project charters, management plans, and detailed Gantt chartsÂ
- Define and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teamsÂ
- Develop and maintain quality and risk management plans using multiple planning tools and techniquesÂ
- Assign and manage project resources, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverablesÂ
- Create and execute stakeholder and communication management plansÂ
- Collaborate on procurement planning and vendor selectionÂ
- Provide performance feedback to functional managers and support team developmentÂ
- Own project outcomes by evaluating trade-offs, managing critical paths, and ensuring alignment with organizational goalsÂ
What You Will NeedÂ
Required QualificationsÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related fieldÂ
- Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experienceÂ
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelinesÂ
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)Â
Preferred QualificationsÂ
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalentÂ
- Previous medical device industry experience
- Experience with software project management and experience with AI technology
- Experience collaborating with international partners across the business
- Experience in regulated or quality-driven environmentsÂ
