Collaborate with merchandising, selling, and operation leaders to align on product, promotion, and pricing strategies. Lead weekly store walkthroughs to assess visual merchandising standards and directive execution and identify opportunities to elevate presentations.Â
Participateinweekly leadershipworkloadplanningmeetings to ensure all visual assignments and tasks are prepped, planned, and scheduled, while ensuring execution plan aligns with company priorities and processes. Utilize visual directives to determine required labor hours.Â
