Job DetailsJob Location: NPS - Foxborough, MA 02035Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 HourlySUMMARY: Fully stages all necessary catering equipment and supplies needed for a complete set up of a function.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the thorough and accurate set-up of all catered events Ability to carefully follow direction with care to all details and department standards paying special attention to Banquet Event Orders and Pull Sheets to ensure accuracy of all event set ups. Ability to meet all service standards including, but not limited to, tray carrying, wine service, table service and buffet service Thoroughly break-down and clean up all catering equipment and supplies following events, ensuring proper care and storage of all equipment, supplies, food and beverage Complete tasks in a variety of environment as assigned by management to include indoor and outdoor catering throughout the property Communicate any and all special requests and needs to management that are expressed by client during set up time Special projects and assignments as business dictate.   SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Ability to work independently and carefully follow written and verbal direction Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high paced environment Professional and discrete demeanor Basic knowledge of Excel and Email usage Ability to work as a team member in a diverse environment Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and verbal Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to repeatedly move a minimum of 75 pounds 18 Years of age or older Flexible schedule is required as early morning, late evenings, nights, weekends and holidays may be required Ability to fully commit to all home football games and other full stadium events 2 years' experience in high volume catering or full service dining Knowledge of food service and table standards   PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to move up to 50 pounds Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions   WORK ENVIRONMENT The noise level is usually loud Fast-paced environment Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays   CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS None required   OTHER DUTIES Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
