In this role, you’ll prepare and serve fresh, high-quality baked goods while ensuring exceptional customer service. If you’re passionate about baking and delivering a great experience, we’d love to have you on board! Key Responsibilities: Safely prepare, bake, and package products following company guidelines (Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s). Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly, prompt service. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation standards. Monitor product freshness and rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices. Upsell and suggest additional items to customers to increase sales. Record food and refrigeration temperatures twice daily. Assist in managing inventory and stocking supplies to meet daily demand. Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and balance cash at the end of the shift. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to follow instructions, maintain attention to detail, and work independently. Food safety and handling knowledge is a plus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for up to 8 hours. Ability to bend, twist, and occasionally climb ladders. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Exposure to varying temperatures (hot ovens, refrigerated areas) and noise levels.   Why Join Us?
