As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive patient experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic. This highly visible position requires exceptional communication, professionalism, and organizational skills. What You'll Do Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism, courtesy, and compassion. Check patients in for appointments and verify demographic and insurance information. Answer incoming telephone calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments. Provide clerical and administrative support to the department as needed. Maintain accurate patient records while protecting patient confidentiality. Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other members of the healthcare team. Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive patient experience. Perform other front office duties to support efficient clinic operations. Schedule Full-time Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. QualificationsEducation High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience One year of secretarial or administrative experience preferred. Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred. Skills Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills. Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
