Job description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated team in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life and meet all certification requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress using Net Health (Therapy EMR system)
  • Participate in care planning and family conferences as needed

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required
  • GA state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in LTC/SNF setting preferred
  • Proficiency with Net Health or similar electronic documentation systems is a plus
