THE JOB:
As the Assistant Manager for The Buffet you’ll be at the heart of this one-of-a-kind dining destination. You’ll oversee the daily operations of The Buffet, ensuring service excellence while creating unforgettable guest experiences. With your welcoming energy and leadership, you’ll inspire your team to deliver those WOW moments that keep guests coming back. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations.
Supervise floor service in the dining room during hours of operation.
Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs of the guests or employees.
Ensures high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience.
 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years old or older.
Must have a High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
2+ years of prior relevant experience.
