THE JOB:

As an Assistant Shift Manager of Slots at Beau Rivage, you will lead the daily operations of Slot Operations during your assigned shift, ensuring an energized team, exceptional guest service, and the protection of company assets. You will be a visible leader on the casino floor — coaching team members, driving engagement, upholding compliance standards, and delivering the elevated service experience our guests expect.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Lead and support Slot Operations team members during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance work environment that promotes engagement, accountability, and retention.
  • Model and reinforce S.H.O.W. service standards in every guest and team interaction.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop hourly team members to support career growth and departmental success.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining strong floor presence and operational awareness.
  • Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental policies, gaming regulations, and company procedures.
  • Safeguard company assets, including slot equipment, keys, and sensitive materials.
  • Assist with performance management, documentation, training, and other HR-related responsibilities.
  • Manage assigned projects and operational initiatives with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Brings 2+ years or prior relevant experience in a customer service environment
  • Holds a High School Diploma or GED
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume casino environment
  • Leads with integrity, professionalism, and a passion for guest service
