THE JOB:
Step into the heart of the Buffet at Beau Rivage, where variety, freshness, and flavor take center stage! As a Cook, you help bring an incredible array of cuisines to life—preparing everything from made-to-order entrées and international specialties to signature comfort favorites. Your skill, speed, and attention to detail will ensure every dish served meets the high standards our guests have come to expect. In this dynamic, high-volume environment, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary talent while creating memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back for more.
THE STARTING RATE:Â $16.56 an hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Apply solid culinary techniques to prepare dishes across multiple stations in a fast-paced buffet setting
Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment while adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards
Restock, label, and rotate products to ensure freshness and readiness for service
Maintain detailed knowledge of The Buffet’s offerings, including presentation, portioning, and flavor profiles
Support kitchen leadership and teammates to ensure smooth service during peak meal periods
Prepare base sauces, stocks, soups, and side dishes with precision and consistency
Collaborate with team members to deliver a wide variety of menu options with efficiency and excellence
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Meets the minimum age requirement of 18+ years of age
Preferably demonstrates 1+ years of experience in production cooking
Exhibits flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
