THE JOB:

As a Cook in the Main Kitchen, you will bring your culinary talent to life by preparing a wide variety of dishes that serve multiple outlets across the property. With your skill, creativity, and attention to detail, you will deliver bold flavors and memorable meals that leave a lasting impression—creating dining experiences our guests will savor long after their visit.

THE SCHEDULE:

  • Full Time | 40 hours

  • Must be open and flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays


THE STARTING RATE: $16.56 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standards.

  • Consistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areas.

  • Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures.

  • Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Meets the minimum age requirements of 18+ years old

  • Preferably has 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or mass production kitchen
