THE JOB:
At Stalla, our fine dining Italian restaurant, every dish tells a story of tradition, passion, and flavor. As a Cook, you will bring that story to life with your skill and dedication in the kitchen. From preparing fresh sauces and handcrafted pastas to ensuring every plate is beautifully presented, your culinary expertise will help create moments guests savor long after their meal. Working alongside a talented team, you’ll uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and hospitality—making every service an unforgettable experience.
THE STARTING RATE: $18.95 an hour
THE SCHEDULE:
Swing Shift | Full Time
Friday | 1:00pm - 11:00pm
Saturday - Tuesday | 2:30pm - 10:30pm
Off: Wednesday & Thursday
Stalla Restaurant Overview
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Apply solid culinary techniques and maintain strong knowledge of food products
Safely identify and operate kitchen equipment to prepare dishes with consistency and care
Restock kitchen supplies and food items to ensure readiness for service
Properly label and date products, following all sanitation and safekeeping standards
Execute detailed plate presentations with attention to authenticity and quality
Assist kitchen leadership and teammates during service to maintain smooth operations
Prepare and maintain solid knowledge of base sauces, stocks, and soups
Work collaboratively to meet guest needs and support the team

Stays adaptable and quick on their feet while maintaining a calm, professional presence
Demonstrates flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
