We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Event Marketing Assistants, helping execute dynamic outreach events for our nonprofit partners. Position Summary
As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will:
Represent nonprofit clients at community events and marketing activations
Promote partner missions and programs to generate interest and support
Assist with event logistics, including setup, signage, and materials
Engage with attendees, providing clear and compelling information
Support the marketing team in tracking event performance and feedback
Maintain a professional and impactful presence at each event
Attend regular team trainings and contribute ideas for campaign improvements
