THE JOB:
As a Hair Stylist, you have the chance to deliver exceptional service while also maximizing your earning potential with a commission rate of 40% plus additional service charges. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE: 40% Commission +Service Charges
THE SCHEDULE:Â Full Time
8:30 am to 6:30 pm
3 days off
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies.
Provide services including but not limited to haircuts, blowouts, updos, extensions and chemical services with the ability to produce both a creative and technically accurate visual presentation per treatment and department protocol.
Maintain a working knowledge of all products and be informed of the latest trends and techniques.
Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 18 years old or older.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
