The Role and Impact
As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex business challenges, identifying automation opportunities, and optimizing processes within a structured framework. Your day-to-day work will involve gathering and clarifying business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and performing user acceptance testing to ensure new features and workflows meet project goals. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency, quality, and success of the business processes you support.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations for solutions.
Gather, clarify, and document business requirements to ensure alignment with goals.
Facilitate business design sessions and blueprinting to shape future state processes, tools, and systems.
Identify automation opportunities and stay current with modern IT tools and capabilities.
Collaborate with business and development teams on new features and updates, ensuring feasibility and effectiveness.
Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure prototypes meet project requirements.
Provide data quality assessments, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to system design decisions.
Monitor and publish key performance indicators (KPIs) for critical processes and projects.
Review and recommend improvements for existing reports and metrics to enhance efficiency.
Perform project management tasks, including scope, time, and quality management, where applicable.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 0-1 years of hands-on experience in business analysis or related domains, with demonstrated skills gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with no prior professional experience.
Proficiency in data analytics and mining tools.
Experience with reporting tools and frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and disciplined execution.
Experience in group problem-solving and collaboration.
