WHAT YOU WILL DOÂ
As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community. You’ll complete repairs, prepare apartment homes for new residents, and ensure the property remains safe, functional, and visually appealing.
This role combines hands-on technical work, problem solving, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventative & Routine Maintenance
- Perform ongoing maintenance on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general property components
- Maintain lighting, irrigation systems, pools, and overall grounds
- Support the overall safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the community
- Repairs & Service Requests
- Diagnose and complete repairs for work orders and service requests
- Handle interior and exterior repairs including fixtures, appliances, and structural elements
- Respond to maintenance issues promptly and effectively
- Unit Turns & Make-Readies
- Prepare apartment homes for new residents within required timelines
- Complete repairs and ensure units meet company quality standards
- Communicate unit readiness with managementÂ
- Inventory & Shop Organization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop
- Track inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available
- Report major repair needs prior to expenditures
- Resident Experience
- Provide professional, courteous service to residents
- Communicate clearly with residents and management
- Support a positive and responsive communityÂ
- On-Call & Team Support
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and management teamsÂ

- Timely completion of work orders and service requests
- Make-ready units completed within established timelines
- Maintains safe, clean, and organized work areas
- Responds effectively to emergency and on-call needs
- Consistently delivers high-quality repairs and workmanship
