We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join an outpatient clinic in Folsom. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic outpatient environment in Folsom, California, helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and mobility limitations. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will assist in delivering individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving overall quality of life. Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans in an outpatient setting
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility activities
• Monitor patient progress and communicate any changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients on prescribed exercises, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and patient progress
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards




Requirements

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of 6 months of recent PTA experience within the last 5 years preferred
• Experience in an outpatient setting is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
