What You'll Do
As a Financial Planning Specialist, you'll work closely with our financial planning team to support clients and help deliver an outstanding service experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and organize financial planning materials and client meeting deliverables
- Gather and organize client financial information to support the planning process
- Assist with account administration, investment operations, and service requests
- Prepare reports using financial planning software and internal systems
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Coordinate client communications and follow up on service-related items
- Support operational initiatives and process improvements
- Collaborate with advisors and team members on special projects and day-to-day practice operations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable interpreting financial information and working with data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Interest in building a long-term career in financial planning
- Willingness to pursue industry licensing and ongoing professional development
Preferred Experience
- Experience in financial services, banking, investment operations, or wealth management
- Exposure to financial planning software or planning concepts
- Interest in earning securities licenses and advancing into a paraplanner or advisor role
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $30.00-$36.00/hour (non-exempt), with consideration for experience and qualifications.
