Arete Wealth Planning is a growing financial planning practice dedicated to delivering personalized wealth management solutions and exceptional client service. We're looking for a motivated, analytical professional who is excited to build a long-term career in the financial planning industry.

This is more than a traditional client service role. What You'll Do

As a Financial Planning Specialist, you'll work closely with our financial planning team to support clients and help deliver an outstanding service experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and organize financial planning materials and client meeting deliverables
  • Gather and organize client financial information to support the planning process
  • Assist with account administration, investment operations, and service requests
  • Prepare reports using financial planning software and internal systems
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Coordinate client communications and follow up on service-related items
  • Support operational initiatives and process improvements
  • Collaborate with advisors and team members on special projects and day-to-day practice operations

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $30.00-$36.00/hour (non-exempt), with consideration for experience and qualifications.
