THE JOB:
As a Bartender at Coraline’s, you will do more than craft cocktails—you will create memorable moments. From showcasing your knowledge of fine wines, premium spirits, and signature beverages to delivering personalized service with style, you’ll set the tone for unforgettable evenings. By anticipating guests’ needs and bringing their stories to life through genuine hospitality, you will transform each visit into a WOW experience they will remember long after they leave.
THE STARTING RATE: $9.78 an hour + tips
THE SCHEDULE:
Swing Shift | Part Time
Friday - Sunday | 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Must be open and flexible to work outside of the primary schedule, including weekends and holidays based on the business needs
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Consistently provide a positive guest experience by serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes, and provide food service as needed
Mentor and train Bar Porters on overall function of the bar, guest service and bartending
Ensure guest safety by following proper drink/food handling, and sanitation procedures
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Manages multiple tasks at one time
Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression
Executes beverage mixing and serving with confidence
Demonstrates flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
