️ Opportunity Snapshot

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the employee experience at our Fond du Lac facility. This position partners with employees and leaders to support recruiting, onboarding, employee communications, training coordination, HR administration, compliance activities, and employee engagement initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing people, processes, and operations while making a meaningful impact on the day-to-day employee experience.

What You'll Do

  • Support recruiting activities, candidate scheduling, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and HR documentation.
  • Assist employees and leaders with HR-related questions, policies, and workplace programs.
  • Coordinate training, compliance activities, and required employee communications.
  • Support attendance management, reporting, and workforce metrics.
  • Assist with employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and site events.
  • Coordinate office administration activities, visitor management, and facility support functions.
  • Partner with HR leadership on projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives.

âś… What You Need to Succeed

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of Human Resources, administrative, or employee support experience.
  • Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee communications, compliance activities, and HR administration.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
