What You’ll Do as a Physical Therapist:

At Harbor Haven, you’ll deliver high-quality care that changes lives. As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Perform initial and ongoing evaluations of residents’ mobility, strength, and endurance

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Assist residents in regaining independence in daily living activities

• Administer targeted therapies to improve function and prevent further injury

• Educate residents and staff on fall prevention and safe mobility strategies

• Recommend assistive devices and adaptive strategies

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
