Job Description:
Job Summary:
As a Shift Supervisor at Onvo's Burger King, you will lead a team during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and adherence to brand standards.
Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, order taking, and cash handling.
* Train, coach, and supervise team members to maintain high performance and productivity.
* Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
* Manage inventory, place orders, and minimize waste to control costs.
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
* Process transactions accurately and manage cash floats during shifts.
* Open and close the restaurant according to established procedures.
* Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a fast-food or restaurant environment.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a team and maintain a positive work environment.
* Basic math skills and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Food handler's permit or ability to obtain one.
Pay:
$17 per hour
