Bilingual Trucking Capacity Manager (Mandarin/English)

YQN operates over 10 large-scale warehouses across five U.S. states, totaling approximately 7 million square feet. Our trucking network is fully asset-light, with transportation capacity provided by third-party carriers and trucking vendors.

We are seeking a  bilingual Trucking Capacity Manager to oversee nationwide trucking capacity, vendor management, pricing, and transportation performance.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage nationwide trucking capacity to support YQN's U.S. warehouse network.
• Source, develop, and maintain relationships with trucking companies, carriers, brokers, and owner-operators.
• Establish primary and backup carriers for key lanes and regions.
• Manage transportation capacity for local trucking, FTL, LTL, linehaul, and warehouse transfers.
• Monitor carrier performance, including on-time delivery, service quality, pricing, and capacity reliability.
• Optimize transportation costs and reduce reliance on expensive spot-market capacity.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve capacity shortages and transportation issues.
• Maintain carrier compliance, insurance, FMCSA/DOT documentation, and vendor records.
• Develop trucking SOPs, KPIs, and vendor performance standards.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of trucking, transportation, carrier management, freight brokerage, or logistics experience.
• Strong experience managing third-party trucking carriers and transportation vendors.
• Strong carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Solid understanding of the U.S. trucking market and transportation pricing.
• Experience managing transportation across multiple locations or regions.
• Experience with drayage, FTL, LTL, linehaul, or 3PL transportation preferred.
• Existing carrier network is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: 70k - 90k per year
