Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our corporate team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager.
- Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM
Location: Fontana, CA
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Coordinate with internal factory to process sales and external vendors/suppliers for resources.
- Develop the scope and objectives of the project.
- Create detailed design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure design accuracy.
- Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by engineers and architects.
- Calculate dimensions, weights, and quantities and prepare related documentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software and related applications such as Project management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in project management or coordination.
- Proven experience as an AutoCAD Drafter or similar role.
- Strong technical drawing skills.
- Good communication skills to liaise with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and instructions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual in (Chinese) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong technical skills in software development and web technologies.
- Excellent verbal, reading, and written communication skills.
