Sunrise Ford of Fontana is looking for experienced automotive sales professionals who know how to build relationships, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and close deals.

What You'll Do

Your focus is simple: deliver an exceptional customer experience while helping guests find the right vehicle.

You'll:

• Welcome customers and create a professional, consultative buying experience
• Build lasting relationships by understanding each customer's needs and lifestyle
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, demonstrations, and test drives
• Present vehicle features, technology, and ownership benefits with confidence
• Follow our proven sales process from first contact through vehicle delivery
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within our CRM
• Respond promptly to showroom, phone, and internet leads
• Generate new business through follow-up, referrals, and prospecting
• Introduce customers to our Service and Parts teams to create lifelong relationships
• Stay current on Ford products, incentives, and market trends
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
• Deliver an ownership experience that creates repeat and referral business

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience is required
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
• Experience using dealership CRM systems
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
