JOB DESCRIPTION: Supervise the production of all products through Metals Stamping. Train and coach employees on two shifts, to assure product ships on schedule while meeting prescribed quality standards and production goals. Assure compliance with all policies regarding conduct and safety. Interview and select new employees. Evaluate and review assigned personnel in accordance with prescribed procedures and make appropriate recommendations regarding wage adjustments, promotions, transfers and terminations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Supervisory or similar servant style experience with a high level of responsibility. Ability to read prints, experience with D365, RF Smart, Excel and Team Center. Knowledge of production orders, metal stamping processes, labor functions, product flow. Knowledge of Lean 101 – 5S, continuous improvement and Tier meeting report outs.

SPECIAL SKILLS OR TOOLS REQUIRED: Candidate must have the ability to work well with all agents of the company to facilitate customer satisfaction. Along with good communication and planning skills, the Individual must be a self-starter who puts safety and quality first. The candidate must also have the ability to multi-task, lead a large group of people, be an ambassador of safety, support process changes and promote continuous improvements.
