Model Builder - Model Shop

JOB DESCRIPTION: Construct and install various cabinetries and soft goods per design instructions. Make alterations and partner with other team members to ensure cabinetry and other components will have the best fit and function. Work on Concept mockups, Prototypes, and various work orders to help prove out concepts and designed projects. Work closely with design and manufacturing teams to address problems and find solutions. Must be dependable and exhibit a willingness to work and learn. Perform other duties as assigned. 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3 years of full-time Winnebago experience coupled with special skills. A background in general construction techniques with an emphasis on cabinet build and set. 

SPECIAL SKILLS OR TOOLS REQUIRED: Must be able to read and interpret floorplans, layouts, and navigate Teamcenter. Self-motivation with effective communication and analytical/problem-solving abilities is necessary. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to a changing work environment. Must have knowledge of woodworking and Carpentry skills, use of various hand and power tools, including screw guns, drills, saws, sanders. Possesses a keen sense of personal responsibility and commitment to work outcomes.
