Demo2Finish Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Foreman to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from demolition through final completion. We are a family-oriented company that takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, maintaining safe job sites, and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily job site operations and construction crews
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members
- Track project progress and report updates
- Solve job site issues efficiently and professionally
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of construction foreman or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction
- Ability to lead crews and manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with demolition, framing, finishing, and site management preferred
