Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Manage administrative tasks supporting the AOR Installation & Permits team
- Prepare, submit, and track permit applications
- Communicate with customers, inspectors, and local permitting/licensing offices
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
- Assist with scheduling, follow‑ups, and workflow coordination
- Support team members with additional administrative functions
- Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior administrative experience required, permitting experience highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Fast learner who adapts quickly
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
