Summary

We are seeking to hire personnel for a Corporate Commercial Client Representative position located at the corporate office in Forest Hill, MD. This full-time, in-person employment opportunity offers you experience that will advance your career, knowledge growth, and professional development.

Responsibilities

As a Corporate Commercial Client Representative, your daily duties will include but may not be limited to:

Key account set-up and management.
Third party account compliance.
Inbound and outbound customer communication.
Management of service schedules as assigned.
Liaison between customer and local branch office as needed.
Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

As a Corporate Commercial Client Representative, we require you to have the following:

Office/Clerical experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in handling customer service.
Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
Outstanding multi-tasking and organization skills are a must.
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite. Specifically, Outlook, Word and Excel.
Excellent problem-solving skills are essential.

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour plus sales commission opportunity. Overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 40 in a given workweek.
