This role oversees training activities across the full lifecycle of the Army’s ground based radar systems including the AN/TPQ 50, AN/TPQ 53 Military Sales variants.   This position is contingent upon award. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret Clearance.     Responsibilities: Coordinate and integrate training activities across sub systems including testing, QA, configuration management, logistics, engineering, production, and maintenance to ensure unified training delivery Lead all training related planning and execution required to support the program’s acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with system fielding milestones and stakeholder needs Support the Product Manager (PdM) with planning and overseeing Fielding/NET, Displaced Equipment Training (DET), delta training, New Software Training (NST), and de fielding activities Schedule, track, and manage PdM product fielding activities in accordance with the Total Package Fielding (TPF) process outlined in AR 700 142 to ensure full and timely delivery Serve as the primary coordinator between stakeholders to resolve training-related issues, identify gaps, and ensure readiness for system deployment Develop and present training data, status reports, and briefings to PdM leadership to support decision-making and program oversight Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, or 4 additional years of training coordination experience Minimum of 10 years of training coordination experience CompTIA Certifications    Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience supporting Army program offices, especially within acquisition or Total Package Fielding (TPF) environments Familiarity with AR 700 142 and Army fielding processes, including NET, DET, delta training, and NST     About Mayvin: Mayvin is more than a workplace—it’s a community built on innovation, ingenuity, and impact.  Enjoy outstanding benefits and amenities, a truly supportive work environment, and continuous opportunities for professional growth.
