We are seeking a warm, polished, and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our spa guests. This role is essential in creating a serene, welcoming environment and ensuring each guest’s experience is seamless from arrival to departure.

Purpose (Why the Role Exists)
The Spa Receptionist is responsible for curating a calm, elevated guest experience while managing daily spa operations at the front desk. This role ensures that all guest interactions reflect the luxury standards of Farmhouse Inn and support the spa’s commitment to wellness, relaxation, and personalized care.

Core Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
Guest Experience & Service
- Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine sense of hospitalityÂ
- Provide detailed information about spa services, treatments, and productsÂ
- Anticipate guest needs and create a personalized, memorable experienceÂ
- Maintain a tranquil and welcoming spa environment at all timesÂ
Reservations & Coordination
- Schedule, modify, and confirm spa appointments using reservation systemsÂ
- Coordinate therapist schedules and treatment room availabilityÂ
- Communicate guest preferences and special requests to spa team membersÂ
- Manage daily appointment flow to ensure efficiency and guest satisfactionÂ
Operations & Administration
- Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionallyÂ
- Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate recordsÂ
- Support retail sales by recommending spa products aligned with guest needsÂ
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and retail areasÂ
Team Collaboration
- Partner with spa therapists, hotel front desk, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless serviceÂ
- Uphold Farmhouse Inn service standards and brand valuesÂ
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training initiativesÂ

Qualifications (What You Bring)
- Previous experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or hospitality environment preferredÂ
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindsetÂ
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsÂ
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-touch service environmentÂ
- Proficiency in reservation systems (SpaSoft, Booker, or similar) preferredÂ
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysÂ
