Service Plumber – Hourly + Commission | Thurs - Mon
Aaron Services: Plumbing, Heating, Cooling is hiring an experienced Service Plumber for a full-time position with a regular Thursday through Monday schedule.
This position offers hourly pay plus commission, providing the stability of dependable hourly pay with additional earning potential based on performance.

We provide the calls, support, equipment, and established customer base. We're looking for an experienced plumber who can diagnose problems, communicate well with customers, and take ownership of their work from the initial diagnosis through completion.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing problems
- Perform plumbing service and repair work, including water heaters, leaks, fixtures, drains, sewer and water lines, and other plumbing systems
- Explain findings and repair options clearly to customers
- Prepare estimates and help customers make informed decisions
- Complete sold work whenever practical, allowing you to see jobs through from diagnosis to completion
- Perform work safely, correctly, and efficiently
- Maintain accurate invoices, job notes, and documentation using ServiceTitan
- Keep your company vehicle and work area organized
- Provide the level of service that earns repeat customers and 5-star reviews
Compensation
Hourly plus commission — $75,000–$125,000 annually, depending on performance
Schedule
The regular schedule for this position is Thursday through Monday, with Tuesday and Wednesday generally scheduled off.
We want our plumbers to have the opportunity to complete the work they sell whenever practical. There may be times when Tuesday or Wednesday work makes sense based on a customer's needs or a job you've already sold. In those situations, the schedule may be adjusted during the workweek.
What We're Looking For
- Service plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and other customers
- Comfortable presenting repair options and pricing
- Strong workmanship and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
- Plumbing license or progress toward licensing is a plus
