HOST/HOSTESS - FOOD RUNNER - BUSSER

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Support Staff is responsible for upholding the roles of Host/Hostess, Food Runner and Busser.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Able to politely and cheerfully greet and seat guests.
• Able to provide excellent customer service in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
• Ensure proper plating, including additions and/or substitutions prior to bringing food to guests.
• Assist wait staff in bussing, cleaning and re-setting tables.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Restock work area.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work within an established timeframe to achieve the common goal of customer satisfaction.
• Must have excellent communication skills with an energetic and fun attitude.
• Must have flexible availability.
• General food safety knowledge.
• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs on a regular basis.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must be able to bend, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
