Ampersand Therapy is hiring a High School Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in the Forest Lake, MN area. What You'll Do

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field
• Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB
• District open to sponsoring out-of-permission licensure if needed
• Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred
