Job description:
We’re a busy home inspection company looking for an organized, tech-savvy office engagement specialist to help keep our office running smoothly. This is a full-time, in-house position ideal for someone comfortable with digital tools, scheduling, and customer service — and who enjoys being part of a small, fast-moving team.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and provide great service to clients and agents
- Manage scheduling and inspector calendars
- Prepare reports and handle administrative tasks
- Help with social media or marketing as needed
- Communicate with inspectors and clients to ensure everything goes right the first time
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Friendly, confident phone manner
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and common office software
- Willingness to learn industry-specific platforms
- Bonus: social media or design experience (Instagram, Facebook, Canva, etc.)
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- In-office only (no remote work)
