Position Information

Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

Schedule: Evening Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Weekend Availability Required

Pay: $20.70 – $24.70 per hour

Your ResponsibilitiesBuild Meaningful Relationships
  • Provide person-centered support that encourages independence, confidence, and personal choice.
  • Develop positive, respectful relationships with individuals while promoting dignity and inclusion.
  • Encourage participation in daily routines, hobbies, recreational activities, and community events.
Support Daily Home Life
  • Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, housekeeping, laundry, and other activities of daily living.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable residential environment.
  • Promote healthy routines that support each individual's well-being and independence.
Promote Safety & Well-Being
  • Monitor individuals' physical, emotional, and behavioral needs while responding appropriately to changing situations.
  • Follow individualized support plans and agency procedures to ensure quality care.
  • Safely transport individuals to appointments, recreational outings, and community activities using agency vehicles when assigned.
Keep Services Running Smoothly
  • Complete electronic documentation, daily service notes, medication records, and required reports accurately and on time.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, families, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on providing exceptional residential services.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing with no more than five (5) motor vehicle points.
  • Demonstrated employment stability preferred, including at least one (1) year with a previous employer.
  • Ability to successfully complete all required background checks, screenings, and agency onboarding requirements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently while demonstrating professionalism, flexibility, and sound judgment.
