C-Level Service Technician- RideNow Forney

RideNow Powersports Forney, is seeking a passionate and skilled C-Level Service Technician, preferably with Indian experience to join our dynamic team. As a Service Technician at RideNow Powersports, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing powersports vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest levels of safety and performance. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and/or service manuals
• Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
• Install accessories and upgrades for customers, ensuring proper fit and functionality
• Test ride vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of all repairs, services, and transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Service Technician is preferred
• Proficient knowledge of powersports vehicles and their mechanisms
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
