Compensation: $22.00 - $23/hour

  • Attendance Incentive - Up to $2400 bonus for good attendance. (Refer to Policy for Rules and Details)
  • Referral Bonus - Up to $500 per referral (Refer to Policy for Rules and Details)
  • Hiring Bonus - Up to $1000 (Refer to Policy for Rules and Details)
  • Step increase program- Pay will increase by $.50 after 90 days and again after 180 days (Material Handlers Only)
  • Certified/qualified Forklift/Walkie Rider/Cherry Picker drivers will receive an additional $0.50 p.hr
  • Certified/qualified Reach Truck drivers will receive an additional $1.00 p.hr

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY Co-Pack lead: Responsible for monitoring multiple tasks and assist in Co-pack operations with limited supervision. Ability to perform basic inventory control tasks.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervising / leading of warehouse employees.
* Time keeping / temp roster
* Inventory checks.
* Cleaning of the warehouse.
 
JOB COMPLEXITY * Good Communication, people skills with problem resolution.
* Management skills and to be able to manage employees.
* Keep a neat orderly and clean warehouse operation.
 
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS * 2 years warehouse experience.
* Co-pack, labeling, QA, IC experience.
* Warehouse safety experience.
* Be able to lead a team of associates with minimal direction.
* Computer experience a must.
 
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS * GED or H.S. Diploma
* College is a plus.
 
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
* Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others.
* Regularly works in an indoor/warehouse environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift or kneel during the work day.
* Frequently required to talk, hear, and communicate to customers or other employees.
* Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.
