Sign-On Bonus: $4,000.00

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems, main breaker panels, subpanels, and EV charging stations.
Perform electrical conduit bending, circuit tracing, outlet/switch installations, and service panel upgrades.
Read and interpret residential blueprints, single-line diagrams, and technical schematics.
Interact directly with homeowners to explain necessary repairs, outline options, and deliver top-tier customer service.
Maintain accurate digital work orders, job notes, and inventory tracking for each service call.
Uphold strict safety procedures and ensure all work fully complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines.

Valid Residential Journeyman Electrician License or Wireman License in [State/Region].

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a residential service electrician.
Thorough knowledge of current NEC guidelines and local residential building codes.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and professional communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, and comfortably work in attics and crawlspaces.

Sign-On Bonus: $4,000.00 (paid out according to company payout schedule)
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and certifications)
