Responsibilities:Â
- Set up all piping for kettles and applicator
- Verify Mokon unit temperature and water level settings
- Temper gelatin to be ready to apply to product at shift start
- Know and verify proper applicator and kettle settings
- Know and follow water/gelatin mix ratio
- Stay ahead of production needs throughout day
- Limit waste by timing needs at shift end
- Break down equipment at end of shift
Qualifications:
- Must have less than 7 points
- No write-ups in the past 12 months
- Must be in present position at least six (6) months
