This role ensures operational continuity, regulatory compliance, asset reliability, and service stability through disciplined facilities management, project execution, and daily operational leadership. The Operations Manager is expected toĀ demonstrateĀ strong business acumen in distribution operations and applied industrial engineering.Ā

Facilities & Site Maintenance Responsibilities:
⢠Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirementsĀ
⢠Manage preventative and corrective maintenance programsĀ
⢠Coordinate repairs, inspections, vendors, and capital workĀ
Business Acumen & Engineering Expectations:Ā
⢠Strong understanding of distribution center cost driversĀ
⢠Evaluate service, complexity, facilities, and execution risk tradeoffsĀ

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field of study
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience
- Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masterās DegreeĀ in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field of study
- Supervisory/Managerial experience in logistics, distribution, manufacturing or warehousing
- Previous experience working in a union environment
- Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor/build strong teams
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of LEAN manufacturing systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
