We're looking for dependable, motivated Residential Painters who take pride in their work and enjoy transforming homes and businesses. What You'll Do
- Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting
- Protect furniture, landscaping, and surrounding areas
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Perform sanding, scraping, caulking, patching, and minor repairs
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
- Deliver exceptional craftsmanship on every project
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable and punctual
- Coachable with a willingness to learn
- Previous residential or commercial painting experience preferred
- Experience with prep work, brushing, rolling, and spraying is a plus
- Valid driver's license preferred
Don't have professional painting experience?
No problem. We're willing to train individuals who have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $17–$19 per hour
- Higher starting wages available for experienced painters

Requirements
- Availability to work full-time
- Experience as a Painter or open to learning about the product and industry
- Valid driver's license
- Lives in Fort Atkinson or close
